- Review the performance of your business, in order to meet or exceed the goals that will be weekly and monthly.
- Maintain and develop customer relationships by phone and email. Assistance from start to finish to the client to complete the online form and make the payment against the proposal.
- Make the client understand the different benefits available in the plan and verify the ideal coverage.
- Please understand the customer’s needs if there is any discrepancy, please contact the internal team to resolve it.
- Outbound Tele-calling Sales (Target Oriented)
- Incentives + Shift allowance + performance allowance
- Minimum 2+ of sales experience (insurance experience would be added advantage)
- Good communication skills and inter personal skills.
- Good typing speed.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel).
